Welcome to my portfolio. I’m a creative graphic designer from Southern California, that like many, have recently relocated to Austin, Texas. I enjoy being in a position where I can utilize my skills alongside others, while continuing to also grow.

I have 17 years of experience in the professional design field, specializing in a wide range of areas including logo design, layouts, brochures, photo editing, advertisements, vector illustrations, and creative marketing materials.

When I’m not designing on the computer, I spend my free time painting for gallery exhibits or competitive bodybuilding on stage. Yes, I realize those two hobbies don’t go hand in hand but I find joy in both.

You can view my artwork at www.elainasoto.com. I have been honored to have showcased my art in multiple solo and group exhibitions and have participated in charitable art events.

I’ve curated and hosted an art show highlighting young female artists with hopes in encouraging them that art can have a purpose. We all worked together in unison with a non-profit organization [Rock n Roll Camp for Girls OC]. The show was humbling and a huge success. Together we raised over $1,300 for the organization to help young girls learn how to play instruments and actually perform live shows with their peers. The show was so rewarding for the young artists, they were able to see how their own art can be used to benefit others.

Since then I've coordinated multiple group art events that give back to the community in some way.

Fitness and health has also been a passion for me. In the last couple years I have become a competitive bodybuilder having placed 1st, 3rd, 4th, and ultimately winning as an overall champion. This has been a huge part of my life outside of work and with these accomplishments I've learned I have determination to truly be focused to reach my goals.

Those are some of the parts of me that help me be creative and motivated.
